Terroir and What's Different about Rouquette?

Apart from it's unique terroir, we look at issues like the use of sulphur and  barrels, the impact of changing the yield, the changes we have made since we bought the vineyard in 1997 and the prizes won. Terroir is something  we can't alter,  but we cover the  many changes we have made  to improve the wine.We examine the effect of global warming on our wine.
